Submitting a Special Order

Here at All for the Pet we make every effort to stock the most popular items for
your pet's needs.  Unfortunately we simply can't stock every item on the market and
there may be times when you can't find what you are looking for in our store.  By
clicking on the button below you can submit a "special order" request to us.  In most
cases the item you are looking for is available and we will be happy to order it in for you. 

Please be sure, on the next page, to give us as accurate of a description as possible of
the product(s) you would like us to order for you.  Once your order is submitted we will
 contact our distributors and obtain a price and estimated time your item will be delivered. 
At that point we will call you to verify the product(s) you are looking for, the pricing and advise you as to when you can expect it to arrive.  We may require you to pre-pay
 for the item(s) in advance and will advise you if that is the case when we call.

Please note that since many special orders are for products that we don't normally stock
no return will be accepted unless the product has a manufacturer defect.
